An Australian national, Simon Gerovich has spent his entire professional career in Asia. He was previously Managing Director of Sphinx Partners, a Bangkok-based investment firm from 2005-2007. Prior to this, Mr. Gerovich worked for Goldman Sachs in Tokyo from 2000-2005 as an Equity Derivatives Trader. He graduated from Harvard University with a AB in Applied Mathematics. He is a fluent Chinese and Japanese speaker.

Mark Michael Reinecke is a graduate of the London School of Economics, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Common Law & Islamic Law). A life-long resident in Asia, he was a Founding Partner and Director of Kudu Co., Ltd., an award-winning Bangkok-based property developer. Previous experience also includes roles as MD of Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities for Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Senior Vice President/Head of Sales at Asset Plus Securities in Bangkok, founder of a leading merchant bank in Bangladesh, and trader at Baring Securities. He is a German national.
ARTHUR HUGH NAPOLITANO Executive / SVP Business Development
Arthur Napolitano brings a wealth of Asian business development experience to Evolution Capital. Prior to Evolution, he was a Founding Partner of Kudu Co., Ltd., and before that an investment banker at MCL in Bangkok as well as at Asset Plus Securities. He previously worked at Baring Securities and Standard Chartered Securities in both Hong Kong and Bangkok. He is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and then served as a Captain in the Queen's Dragoon Guards. He is a British national.

a Senior Investment Manager for Alternative Assets at Genworth
Financial in New York City.
Sayarm Tongkrabin Executive Committee / COO
Sayarm is the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Committee. Sayarm’s prior experience includes VP of Business Development at Golden Land Property Development PCL, and Development & Acquisition Manager at Gannon Realty (Thailand) Co. Ltd. Previous to that, he was a valuer, having served in the valuation and advisory practices of both Nexus and Cushman & Wakefield. He also lectures in the real estate programme at Assumption University. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Assumption University, and a Masters of Real Estate & Construction. He is a Thai national.
Pattama Joednapa Executive Committee / CFO
Pattama Joednapa is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Evolution she worked as Senior Accountant at Sphinx Partners and before that she was a Senior Consultant of Accounting and Tax Compliance Services at Ernst & Young ACS. She has over 10 years experience in International Finance (Banking and legal entity structure), Local Tax & Regulatory Compliance and accounting systems. She graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from Chulalongkorn University and Bachelor degree in Accounting from Srinakharinwirot University.
